If "Force Unleashed" and "Clone Wars" figures wasn't enough product for you in 2008, Hasbro has even more stuff planned with the "Legacy Collection".

There will be 30 basic figures that includes a new "Build-A-Droid" system. Each wave will have at least one unique, never before released droid.

- Waves with 8 new figures build 2 astromechs
- Waves with 6 new figures build 1 protocol

Each figure will come with a unique droid part with universal connectors for customization. The "Build-A-Droid" system will start with a special Wal-Mart exclusive wave of 6 unique figure 2-packs in July 2008.

Wave 1 of the "Legacy Collection" is due to hit shelves on 7/26/2008 with 8 figures. This wave has been dubbed the "Episode IV Deleted Scenes" wave and includes the following figures:

- Ak-Rev
- Bane Malor
- Chewbacca
- Darth Vader w/Revmoveable Helmet
- Han Solo
- Leektar & Nippet
- Luke Skywalker
- Yarna Dal Gargan

Once you have all the figures from wave 1, you will be able to build R4-D6 and R7-Z0.

Wave 2 of the "Legacy Collection" is due out on 8/10/2008 with 8 figures. This wave has been dubbed the "Original Clone Wars" wave and includes the following figures:

- Clone Scuba Trooper
- Clone Trooper Quad Cannon
- IG Droid
- Mon Calamari Warrior
- Obi-Wan (General)
- Padme (IIum)
- Quarren Soldier
- Saesee Tiin (General)

Once you have all the figures from wave 1, you will be able to build R7-T1 and R4-J1. Wave 3 will be a "Build-A-Droid" Protocol wave.
