Star Wars Saga Blu-Ray Set In The Works

During his appearance at this year's C2E2 (The Chicago Comics and Entertainment Expo), Steve Sansweet, Director of Fan Relations at Lucasfilm, revealed information about the eventual Blu-ray release of the Star Wars films. The set of all six movies will include a lot of bonus material, including never before seen scenes from dailies. At this point, they're not ready to announce an exact release date, but "it won't be in the too distant future."

It was also mentioned during this panel by Steve Sansweet that the idea of a live-action TV series was still being tossed about but that nothing firm as been set in motion.
